Missi was so amazing and thorough she took her time did t rush us and if we wasn’t satisfied she said ok on to the next she was patient and caring and understanding that this was our first time buying a house and kept us informed though the whole process we was so happy and grateful to have her as our realtor and now a friend for life!!!!

We found our dream home and missi lightfoot was the best realtor we could have asked for with out her on our side it would have never happened I give her a five out of five rating and would recommend her to anyone thinking about buying a home she is easy to work with and has your back threw it all and will not push you into anything that your not wanting we looked at a bunch of houses and she didn’t stop looking with us till we found the one we wanted

Recently when my wife and I decided we were going to sell our first home we started asking our friends and family who they would suggest as a realtor for us to hire. My sister enthusiastically said Missi Lightfoot and wow are we glad she suggested her! Missi took ALL of the stress, anxiety and pressure off of us when it came to selling. I had no clue what I was doing but she hit the ground running and it felt like immediately she had our house sold. She is EXTREMELY GOOD at what she does but it was her personality that made us enjoy working with her. She might be the sweetest woman we’ve ever met. She made us feel confident and loose during the process. She’s funny. She never tried talking us into anything that we didn’t want to do. It felt like she never wasted a second of our time or her time. She’s extremely easy to talk to. If you feel like you have no clue where to start or what to do she will help you figure out EVERYTHING that you want for yourself. I can’t recommend Missi enough. I’d work with her a thousand times and I would suggest her to any friend or family member I know buying or selling their home. She didn’t even feel like our realtor most of the time…she felt like our friend who knew a lot about the housing market. Thank you Missi for helping us so much! Melissa was absolutely amazing! As a client not only looking to purchase a home but doing so from another state, Melissa went above and beyond to handle everything possible for me locally. Melissa has helped me out on two different occasions. First, when my husband and I were trying to sell our home it sat on the market for a year with another realtor with little to no action. Melissa came in and staged the home and within 2 weeks the home sold with a very solid offer. Secondly, we were looking for a home on the water and she was able to find the perfect home even before it was put on the market officially. Both transactions were seamless and smooth.
